Qianfa Beauty Industry LLC offers a 21-day refund window for unused, unopened wigs purchased from qianfabeauty.online. Returns submitted more than 21 days after delivery are ineligible for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund, your item must:

Remain unused, with original tags and packaging (seals intact, no signs of styling).
Be accompanied by a valid order receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

Wigs with styling product residue, tangled hair, or stretched caps.
Items returned after 21 days of delivery.
Custom-colored, custom-sized, or personalized wigs.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds (up to 50% of the purchase price) may be granted for:

Items with minor defects not reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns received 22–25 days after delivery, at our discretion.

Refund Process

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
Damaged Upon Arrival: If an item arrives damaged (e.g., defective wefts, torn packaging), contact us within 48 hours with photos for a full refund or free replacement (we cover shipping).

Lost Returns

For orders over $100, we recommend using tracked shipping or insurance. Qianfa Beauty Industry LLC is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.

Exchanges

Exchanges for unopened, standard-size wigs are available (subject to stock availability). Email beauty@qianfabeauty.online to initiate an exchange, including your order details and desired replacement.

Sale Items

Discounted items (marked “Sale”) are final sale and ineligible for return.
