Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment verification.

Standard Shipping:
Delivery Time: 3 – 7 business days within the United States.
Cost: Free for orders over $100; a flat fee of $7.99 for orders under $100.
Expedited Shipping:
Delivery Time: 1 – 2 business days within the United States.
Cost: A flat fee of $19.99, available for selection at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
PO Boxes are accepted for Standard Shipping; however, Expedited Shipping requires a physical street address.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the relevant carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier issues, customs clearance (for applicable regions), or inclement weather. We are not responsible for any delays caused by these external factors.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Damaged Items: In the event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will promptly issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Address Changes
Requests for address changes must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee that the address can be updated, and the order will be shipped to the original address provided at checkout.
