Billing Terms
- One – Time Sale Model: All wig purchases are single, non – recurring transactions. There are no subscriptions, automatic renewals, or periodic charges.
- Billing Description: Charges on your payment statement will display as qianfabeauty.online.

Product Warranty
- All wigs are warranted against manufacturing defects, such as loose wefts, excessive shedding, or faulty construction, for 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Normal wear and tear resulting from improper use, styling, or maintenance are not covered under this warranty.
Delivery
- Standard Shipping: 3 – 7 business days via USPS Priority Mail for domestic U.S. orders.
- Expedited Shipping: 1 – 2 business days via FedEx Express (available at an additional cost during checkout).
- Tracking Information: A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
Limitation of Liability
Qianfa Beauty Industry LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific item in question.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in King County, Washington.
